Headteachers Update 10th June 2022

I hope everyone enjoyed the Jubilee celebrations last weekend, we certainly had a day to remember! We delayed our Platinum Jubilee event just in case, on Friday, Queen Elizabeth could come and join our party, and as you can see from the photographs she did!! The children loved it! Our Royal Variety Performance showcased our talented children with a blindfolded skipper, a magician, a gymnast, singers and dancers. The children performed with such confidence and team Woodpecker was the winning class with an impressive ballet dance from Naomi and Matilda.

Our Jubilee lunch on the playground was a memorable affair thanks to our lunchtime team.  Our ‘Crown biscuits’ were very impressive.

And finally to commemorate our special day everyone was presented with a Jubilee medal and our Chair of Governors, Stephanie Windsor helped some of our Pupil Council plant a tree for the Jubilee.

Thank you to all our staff who helped to make this a very special day.  Before the end of term all our children will receive a beautiful book to help them remember our celebration.
