Headteacher Update 28th June 2024

Dear Families.

It is hard to believe that there are only 3 weeks left until the end of the academic year, and Transition Day is just around the corner!

Whole School Transition Day Wednesday 3rd July:

A letter will be sent out at the beginning of next week to let you know which class your child will be in from September 2024. We know that children can experience a range of feelings such as excitement or  worry as they begin their transition into a new year group. Transition Day is a fantastic opportunity for your child to get to know their new teacher and learning environment. It enables the children to begin to build a positive rapport with their new teacher and familiarise themselves with the layout, classroom and help them to feel a little less nervous on their first day in September. If you have any worries, please feel free to contact the wellbeing team in school, they are here to help.

Fond Farewells:

As another school year draws to a close, we find ourselves saying goodbye to some valued members of our staff who are moving on to new adventures.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our departing staff members. They will be dearly missed, but their positive   influence will continue to inspire us. We wish them all the success and happiness they deserve.

Welcome Aboard! New Faces Join Our Team:

In September, we will be welcoming two new teachers to school; Mrs Carolan and Miss Evans. Their enthusiasm, expertise and fresh perspectives promise to enrich our learning environment and create a positive impact on our children’s learning.
