Headteacher Update 29th November 2024
Firstly, I’d like to thank you all for the support that you gave to our Children in Need appeal recently. I am now in a position to confirm that we raised a total of £655.47. I know from speaking to the children that they had a great day, but their highlight was the staff talent show. There were many memorable performances, but the overall winners were Miss Tunstall, Mrs Young, Miss Evans and Mrs Goliger with their dance routine to ‘Saturday Night’. They scored a maximum of 30 from our judging panel, where Betsie, Pagian and Aubree did an amazing job!
Earlier this week, you received a letter with details of all our Christmas activities this year. You will have noticed that there are multiple opportunities for you to come and get involved in school life, and we sincerely hope to see as many of you as possible. Included this year is an opportunity for all of you to come and work alongside your children doing some Christmas crafts. If you are unable to make it, perhaps Grandparents might like this opportunity?
Our classrooms will be decorated from Monday next week, and we ask that children bring any Christmas cards in from the week of the 9th December and post these in their classroom post boxes.
I look forward to seeing many of you over the next few weeks.
Best wishes.
