Headteachers Update 5th November 2021

I hope everyone enjoyed a very restful half term break and had lots of Halloween fun with their family and friends.

Our Halloween disco was enjoyed by all on our first day back and as ever the costumes, hairstyles and make-up were amazing– even better than Strictly’s Halloween costumes.

This week we welcome two new members of staff to our team, Miss Bryony Ellis who is working predominantly in our year 3/4 classes. Already we have been putting her creative talents to good use and she has been seen refereeing the daily football matches on the playground. Ms Laura Stone is working predominantly in our year 6 classes supporting children with their  learning.

Our children have all made a great start this week to our new whole school topic of Magic, Myths and Monsters and are making incredible progress.  Teachers are excited to share this during Parents Evenings on the week beginning Monday 15th November which ends on 18th November with our annual Children in Need fundraising day.

Friday 19th November is a TRAINING DAY.
