Headteachers Update 6th March 2020

I hope everyone had a really great half term holiday.  Since we returned to school there has been lots of exciting learning happening in our classrooms and in in our assemblies we have been thinking about the importance of ‘Fairtrade’.  I’m sure all the children will be keen to spot the logo when you’re in the supermarket.  Yesterday we all enjoyed dressing up for World Book Day, I hope everyone shared a story, some interesting facts or a poem.  In our ‘Giggles Galore’ assembly the children presented jokes and poems.

We also said Good Luck and Goodbye’ to Miss Vasic and Miss Wöss, two trainee teachers who have been visiting us from Austria.  As ever the children made us very proud, welcoming our visitors into their classrooms.  We also said a huge ‘Thank You’ to Miss Clemas our trainee teacher who has been working with Team Albatross, I wish them all the best in their future careers.
