Headteachers Update 4th December 2020

Christmas has certainly come early at Hob Moor and our huge Christmas tree is twinkling brightly in the main entrance, it’s just a shame you won’t all be able to see it this year!  Staff are determined to make sure everyone has a memorable time at school in the run up to Christmas.  The children have been amazing this term and they certainly deserve a few treats.

We had some more lovely baby news this week; Miss Bradley had a baby girl, 7lb 6oz named Molly-Rose and Miss Nelis is expecting her first baby in the Spring. Congratulations to them both.

Today we will be saying a fond farewell to Mrs Rachel Cummings, our SENCO who is leaving us to be an Assistant Headteacher.  Many thanks for the wonderful work she has done for the children and families at Hob Moor. Good luck in her new role.

Mrs Meiklejohn will be joining us until Mrs Connolly returns from her maternity leave.
