Headteachers Update 26th March 2021

Lots to celebrate again this week at Hob Moor.  As ever, our annual Easter competition was certainly a day to remember.  The entries were fantastic and the sun even came out to join us as Key Stage One children took part in their Easter parade. Our prize winners were delighted with their Easter eggs and everyone got a little Easter treat!

At the start of the week we were so excited to hear that we had two winners in the recent Ebor poetry competition.  There were over 400 entries so to have two winners was very special.  Mrs Thompson won the staff category with a poem to make you smile, all about our assemblies and Keren from Team Falcon won the 8-11 years category with her beautiful poem ‘Bloom’.  I hope you enjoy reading them.
