Headteachers Update 14th February 2020

What a busy week to complete a busy half term.  As well as battling the weather, we have all enjoyed our Valentines disco last night. Thank you so much to the Friends of Hob Moor Federation and all the staff for organising and dancing the night away with the children, it was great fun!  Today we have celebrated all the lovely learning that has happened in KS1 over the past six weeks.  The children sang and danced and took those of us born in the 60’s back to our childhood.  It was wonderful and once again their costumes were amazing thanks to all our supportive parents and families.

Today we say ‘Goodbye’ and ‘Good Luck’ to Miss Ashfield as she leaves us to have her baby. We are all very excited to meet her little one soon.  After our half term holiday we will be saying a big hello to Miss Dale who will be joining the team, working in Team Woodpeckers and Team Razorbill.

Have a very happy half term holiday everyone, it’ll soon be Spring.
